Is Raven any good?

Novotnus: Is Raven any good?
About 10 years ago he was kicking some ass in WCW but then he fell out of shape and I think he's hitting the Japanese circuits now. :D

gibbeynator: So, how many games on this list are games that were 2 bucks in the Mutator sale?
Democracy 3
Banished
Dragon Commander

Gone Home

Barry_Woodward: I already own Gods Will Be Watching as well as the Special Edition Upgrade DLC and yet the full package Gods Will Be Watching: Special Edition isn't marked as being owned. I have the same issue with the Wasteland 2: Digital Classic Edition after already owning the Digital Deluxe Edition. Is there any way to change this?
People have been complaining about this ever since gold/deluxe/special editions with separate upgrades appeared. GOG staff have made reassuring noises to the tune of "Don't worry about it - you know you own all the parts of the gold edition" but they don't seem to think it's important enough to fix. :-(

You can vote for it on the feature request wishlist here:

Nice promo - thinking about getting Blackguards Special Edition - can anybody comment on how the game is?

Edit: Just noticed that Blackguards is regionally priced which amounts to same as drm for me so no go for me and the sales list is deceiving showing usd prices and at check out a different regional price.

tinyE: Think I'll finally get Banished unless someone wants to talk me out of it.
I won´t do this, I´d even recommend it!

Not if you like adventure games for their puzzles, of which there aren't any.
And even the story is shoddy at best.
You can save $0.50 by buying Shadow Warrior from the game card instead of via the promo page.

I'm more interested in the story than puzzles... but if it's not so good either, I guess I'll pass...
Only a few of these are BIGs, some of them are actually kind of good.

Are you sure it isn't just the game card displaying in local currency, while the promo page uses USD? If I flip my game card to use US currency, it shows the price as $9.99, just like the promo page.

If that's not the reason, maybe the promo page isn't adjusting the regional pricing correctly...

Oh, well see attached screenshot.

The only two games from my WIshlist are NOT regionally priced...

So that's tempting...

On the other hand I'll have to play them in another life... like 2 or 3 lifes in the future with the backlog I have. :P

Less tempting...

Maxvorstadt: Hmm, Age of Wonders 3 sounded good, but then I realised that it`s crippleware, so I won`t buy it.
I remember there were some differences between the GOG and Steam version, forgive my ignorance but could you (or someone) explain the current state of the GOG version now?

I've been after a AoW 3 sale for a few months and I'm highly considering it this time.

Let's say I strongly dislike deus ex machina endings, especially when they don't make any sense.
If you're more interested in the story than the game, there are far better robbery movies out there :-)
