Discovery is one of the humans' most basic needs. We eat, we drink, we sleep, we mate, and then we go someplace new. Some of us are more adventurous than others, but the need to see what lies beneath the hills is firmly rooted in the human soul. That's why we always seek out new lands. That's why we're always fascinated by legends of lost civilizations. That's why the unknown is our favorite direction. Whenever we're given the chance, we like to go on an adventure! Oh yes, this can be a long and eventful weekend if you're ready for some [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/anuman_weekend_promo_230514]Adventures with Anuman!

One of the most recognizable adventure sagas must be the story of Robin Hood and his company of benevolent rogues. It has sprouted countless books, movies, TV series, and games. One of these games--and one of the best in existence, is Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood, a team-based real time strategy game from the developers of Desperados. You can control up to six different characters, each with his or her own set of skills and weapons. You will have to use these abilities wisely in order to succeed. There are many ways to finish each mission, but the challenge is always to find the best one. This weekend, lead the fight for justice, for only $2.99!

The stories of the lost land of have filled our imagination with amazing visions for ages. The adventure games fueled by those vision can set the mood for further exploration of the unknown. [url=http://www.gog.com/gamecard/syberia]Syberia, although it can be seemingly easy located on a map, is no less mysterious and strange than Atlantis. At least in the phenomenal point-and-clicks by the visionary Benoît Sokal, it is. If the earthly mysteries no longer excite you, you can always set out for the ultimate frontier, and explore space in Haegemonia: Gold Edition. Don't expect your journey towards stars to be peaceful and uneventful, though!

That's but a small part of our extensive Adventures with Anuman weekend offer. Titles of varied genre, size, and age wait for you in the promo page, and they're all 70% off until Tuesday, May 27, at 3:59AM GMT. Don't miss out!
Nice promo.
Nice promo if you like Myst-like adventure games, which I don't.
Of course I've already spent way more than I can afford anyway.

Grargar: Robin Hood...
Hmmm... to buy or not?
When you ask yourself this, you probably are going to buy.

More so when you have 3 days till the weekend to ponder over this.

For me there are a few games on this that interest me. But then I see, wow! All the games cost not more than $3, I may find a bigger bargain there. What if suddenly someday I want to play an adventure game? What if someday I suddenly want to play a racing game?

Then I also feel guilty for buying games this dirt cheap, kickstarter and new games easily cost 10 times as much, Gog may only earn $1 to a few cents after deducting the cut to publishers / developers and running cost.

After pondering a while, my guilty for GOG overweight my guilt for my bank account, with my collector / hoarder devil cheering the GOG guilt on, I proceed to press a series of button that will make this promo says, "Nice, you own all the games in this promo"

Anyone ever play the MegaRace games? TBH the screen shots make it looks very dated which for me for most games doesn't matter but racing games are so much more dependent on looks than most other games (a good RPG can get by with shit graphics, a racer can't).

I object to your claim and bring forth CARMAGEDDON!

Oh and Iron Storm is kind of a hidden gem but I warn the curious: parts of it can be unfairly difficult. I'm tempted to snag it because my disc version is so buggy but some of the running/shelling sequences can be beyond frustrating.

Carmageddon isn't a racing game. It's a full on action/romance/rpg adventure.

I can understand action, perhaps even RPG, but romance? What do you mean by that? Opposing cars humping each other?

One man's love for his car and his ambition.

Couldn't that define then every single racing game? Especially those ones that allow customization?

1) It's Grargar.
2) I'm not trying to rationalize anything. I'm just continuing the joke. If you want me to stop, I can stop.

Oh, sorry, on both counts. In that case my bad. I want you to continue the joke but I am obviously not all here right now since I just woke up. :P Let me wake my ass up and get some coffee before I make a bigger ass of myself than I already have.

Let me make a feeble attempt, romance will come if you imbue your vehicle with the all spark, especially the Decepticons version.
