I would love to play Megaman Legends again. This is a great game. True Megaman fans didn't really like it because it went away from tradition but if you think of it as a totally different game with a similar title, every one would love it. If any one else feels the same way please speak up so we can get gog.com to get the game.
Well, you can always add it to the "Games you'd love to see on Gog" thing. It's for this specific function, and lets people vote. Also, a bit less pushy than starting some kind of odd forum petition.
On a side note, is this even a PC game?
It's on the gamestop website, fyi.

I still own my PS1 copy of it, really fun game, there was a Nintendo64 version of it but I don't think there ever was a PC version. So I don't think Capcom will port it this after the fact. Your best bet is trying to find the game on Ebay, Amazon or cross your fingers and wish for a PSN, XBLA or Virtual Console release.
There was in fact a PC port of Megaman Legends.
MML is one of my favorite games ever. Never played the PC version.

Weclock: stop being stupid!

Stop being a brat. I figured that if you were providing an unformatted link to an unspecified version of the game, rather than vomiting a link to the wishlist without comment as you typically do, it was because you weren't linking to the PC version. I didn't think you'd bristle if I didn't bother investigating.

-Cough- Emulators -Cough- Works great -Cough-
Is the PC port any good? The PSX version had clunky controls (no dual shock support!) and the N64 one seemed kind of stripped down.
The overworld theme is going to be stuck in my head for the rest of the day now. :(

I went to Gamestop today, and I thought about this thread.
I said to myself "Do not bring it up, those simpletons are idiots and making a fool of them will not make you any bigger of a man."
But as I was just casually browsing, I was queried..
I told the lady that I didn't need help, but that I would like to ask her a question..
"Do you have Megaman legends.... on PC?"
The other attendant behind her scoffed and knew right away that they didn't. I knew they didn't.
The unfortunate lady who happened to be 'helping' me said that they did indeed, not have a copy of the game, but to her credit she did recommend I visit "Fry's Electronics (who probably also wouldn't have a copy of the game and is miles away from the location of GameStop that I was at..)."
I told her "No, you do have it, it's just on your online store. This knowledge can save people a lot of time and heart ache if you were bright enough to know this before hand."
She replied "Our system doesn't check the website.."
I finished her off, "of course not, why would you guys do that? you're a retail store."
I hope that this thread has served it's purpose, I have used my superior nerdy asshole bullshit to pummel a poor unsuspecting person into the ground. Hopefully she won't commit suicide over the act.
Haha. Real life trolling, nice. :P
