I got mine immediately ... but perhaps the flagged your account for observation because they can see that another subscription has been attempted from the same IP just some minutes ago. Or they've run out of keys and don't want to admit it. ;)

In any case, I unfortunately don't think we can answer the question, unless someone's here who experienced the same thing earlier ...

Oh, must be a new thing. They certainly didn't have that 12 hours ago, so I guess their trials are on high demand right now. There's no way of telling how long it will take to get your key, but if you're not planning on becoming a full-time member, you should still turn your auto-renewal off in the meantime. There is a possibility that some people out there really are making multiple accounts for key farming since the promo has spread on so many message boards, and therefor they would've had to include a certain time period before they can give you your key. That time could, however, extend from anything between something like a day, to a week or more (in other words, you might only get your key once you've paid for the three months). This is pure speculation though, it is equally possible to receive the keys while you're still on your trial period.

Indeed. I'll just leave it for now. I guess it's because I tried to use my bugged account earlier that I got flagged. I've sent another support ticket to them, that's really all I can do. I don't really expect an answer though, plenty of people have waited for months without one.

I've encountered a bit of a weird bug here actually. The trial I took out to get Rochard ended and when I went to check, sure enough I couldn't take out another trial subscription. Fair enough.

When I checked back yesterday... I seem to be back in a trial subscription without re-signing up. o.0

I too am still subscribed. I checked the billing area for subscriptions and nothing is there. I just shrugged and redeemed the 15% off of gamersgate and bought the Gothic collection. I wonder if we'll be billed by IGN since it is an error on their part. On a side note, I didn't know that the discount applied to buying blue coins.

I think I'm also still subscribed to the trial. But I'm also still locked out from the keys as my account is "under investigation for key farming" :/
