Will this game be coming to GOG.com on release? If not are there any plans to add this game to list someday? I'm trying to figure out where I can buy this when it's finished.

Devs already mentioned it will be coming to GOG. A number of backers want to redeem it via GOG as well.

Definitely coming, in fact, backers (such as myself) were already given their free codes to redeem Wasteland 1 when it was released on GOG a short while back.

Thanks I am really loving Wasteland 1 but at the same time I am purposely trying to keep myself away from the information about the sequel until release( I want to go in blind or as blind as I can in this age)
