If I remember correctly, you can still buy them from the original developer...but only physical copies or something.
I won't give you abandonware links, given that fact, but given the ridiculous pricing, I will say that it is out there on a safe site.

Had a modded version once to play with Asterix ;)

Went to the SSG website, couldn't find it for sale. I don't think that makes getting it abandonware style legal or anything though. Less morally questionable, sure, but not legal.

The websites confused me (there's SSG US and SSG.com.au or something), but that's the one still claiming to carry the Warlords games. I'm pretty sure you have to call in or something, though.
Plus, they don't have warlords 1. They have all the other warlords games, but not warlords.
And wow, I've read emails from Nigerian Princes asking for money to reclaim their throne from evil oppressors that looked more legit.

I used to play Warlords on MAC. It was a demo which expired after 50 rounds and that was infuriating.

If you paid for the license, but are no longer able to use your copy for whatever the reason, then Abandonia has it.
