HeDanny: PC 1 = 1080 x 1920
- Yes. Yes I do have my monitor in Portrait. I so need a 1200 x 1920. They are so rare now *is dissappoint
GameRager: To me I see no big difference between 16:9 and 16:10 gaming, besides a bit of lost screen space that is. And most newer games have 16:9 support so no black boxes or lines.
Also you should check yer post.....1820x1080? wtf?
I have my Monitor in Portrait. How much gaming to you think I do with that? ;)
also oops for Typo. Is fixed now.

HereForTheBeer: Ya, productivity apps is where it makes a noticeable difference.
Two screens (laptop, desktop) and 1920x1080. Missing the 1920x1200 from my last laptop.
Got a 22" CRT that maxes at something like 2560x1920 but I don't use it any longer, plus a 17"er that'll do maybe 1600x1200, also unused.
True this.
I used to have a 21" CRT that did 1600 x 1200. I miss the Real Estate, but not the massive Bulk of the CRT on my desk.
I also prefer widescreen as they are much easier to Portrait. I find Portrait to be far more productive for what I do most of the time. Still, those extra pixels to widen it out to 1200 would be very welcome.
