This game is freeware, but it's one of the best top-down arcade shooters ever made, and it DESERVES to be here on GOG (Unlike Ultima 9, which is a piece of shit). No one ever made an entry for it in the wishlist until me just 5 minutes ago, shame on you all !

Amusingly enough, OC looks like something of a top-down Serious Sam. Strangely appropriate! Also, I'm fairly certain there are less-substantive titles to be found on GOG, so it's probably worth adding :-)
