Weird parts of games stick with me. Sometimes in the dark of night I hear the Recettear sound made when your dungeon hero is on low hp and gets hit, encompassing frustration, desperation, and disappointment in one nonsensical high pitched sound. What is she even saying? noone knows. Not even those who speak the language probably. I'm not going to try to type the exact quote here, some native speaker would make fun of my clusterfuck of an attempt, but it is chilling.

"Get out of here, stalker."

"Whatareya buyin'?" "Whatareya sellin'?" "I'LL BUY IT AT A HIGH PRICE" arrrrrr RE4? drove me crazy.
