I'm unable to purchase a game. Everytime I enter info and submit it, it just endlessly tries to process it. I've even given it two hours on one attempt.
Im having the same problem.
I hope you sent a message to the support team and not just the community message board

Unable to purchase all day as well! Even worse, now I can't even enter in my security code for my Visa. The website doesn't seem to recognize it as a valid code and won't let me proceed!
I just want to play Freespace!
browser issue?
without being nosy - if you were using IE, try firefox and if you were using firefox try IE?

hahahaha.
Call the bank number on the back of your card. I was having the same problem and it turns out that the fraud department of my Chase / Visa debit card blocked the transaction because GOG is an overseas merchant. I had to tell the fraud department that this was a legitimate transaction that I'm trying to make before I could get it to work.

well. send a friendly mail to support and sit tight. remmember gog is only... what? under a week old? its so new that they are still playing with the bubble wrap ^_^
I'm also having the issue and sent an email to support and recieved no response....
Oh well, It is still in Beta so there will be problems....
I'm sure they are workin on it....I mean they must want our money, right?
I never got a response from the support team but I tried to purchase again just now and it worked.

For those of you that are still having trouble try again ana make sure to add hyphens every 4 digits when you enter your credit card numbers.
(every other site I've made a purchase from has never required the hyphens but it worked when I tried it here)
