TheCheese33: It will also set a very ugly precedent if a man who doesn't know how to shut the fuck up when it comes to his case ends up winning. I hate people who gloat before they've even won. I guess you can think whatever you want, but my priority is legal precedent, not whatever kind of precedent you're talking about. I hope he wins. No one is making me listen to his Youtube videos.
Runehamster: Apparently, in the U.S., if you're acquitted in a murder trial, you can then go on to brag about how you did it since you can never be re-tried. And I just realized this contributes nothing to this discussion, but it reminded me of this.
