Exactly my problem. They advertise Paypal as an option, but somehow they've managed to completely break the process. Probably thanks to their regional restriction bullshit. It still screws things up even on region-free titles.

I am interested in this game but do you know it will need montly fee to play like other MMO's. If so I won't buy it. Yes, I am too lazy to look at the game's official website. :D

It's not an MMO.

It's actually at the other extreme. It's single player only with the possibility of a multiplayer component being introduced later (I'd imagine that will depend on sales).

The MMO is a separate game that is not even developed.

Torchlight is single-player and will remain single-player.
There is a separate MMO LIKE Torchlight being developed now by Runic. It'll be released next year.
