Any thoughts on it so far? Seems like a very interesting little game to pick up and play, being a rather simplistic yet fun Diablo-like game. Unlike most other Diablo-like game, it seems to be of actual fun, like Titan Quest or whatever.
It's not out until the 27th (Steam AND on the game's site), but based on what I've been reading (that includes Vagabond's site, before he says anything about it), I think I'll get it and I'll enjoy it. Discuss.

It looks like it could be a good alternative to Diablo III for those of us who don't enjoy being pissed on by Kotick.

I actually didn't take to that one much. But it's not like I had much of an opportunity to play it. Given the number of recommendations it gets I might pick it up if I see it cheap.

Oh man, you missed it. It was insanely cheap... yesterday. On Steam.

Are you sure it's out on Steam this month? The developers were giving the impression that there was going to a 1 month exclusive for their site first, last time I checked anyhow. But seeing as I really enjoyed FATE, I'll certainly pick this one up at some point.

I noticed that. But I'd really, really have to want a game to buy another at the moment. Plus it's about the same price for a retail version anyway.

Yes, as of today, they announced the Steam version will be out on the same day now.

Good move. I may not be a big fan of Steam, but I'd rather trust them with my payment information than yet another small site which I'll never purchase from again.

well, the sale ended last week, but the four weeks or so before that Titan Quest plus all expansions was $5 on direct2drive...

Always a handicap when it comes to D2D. That and not being able to pay though the means they advertise as being available. Thanks to their boundless professionalism, no doubt.

This one time I wanted to buy the entire X-COM pack (it was regionless) on D2D with Paypal, then it said it wouldn't accept it. Gamersgate got my business instead.
