K.O.L.M is great little game. The made a sequel to it as well. Not played it yet though.

If you're a fan of old-school turn-based RPGs I suggest you play the Mardek series. It's surprisingly deep for a flash game, and could very well be released as a full game if the developer wanted to. There's three chapters right now, but a fourth one will probably arrive at some point. You'll find them here:
