Just for the record, I have no idea what meaning of BJ you're referring too (and I probably don't want to know).
...this isn't the plot for a porno?

BJWanlund: Yes it is unrelated, but I do indeed know the popular meaning. If peoples' minds go right there, then that's fine with me, I frankly don't care what other people think.

Profanity: Why are you writing it, then?
Because I like signing my name (unfortunate tho it may be) on forum posts.

Psyringe: We probably want LucasArts so much that we'll find hints pointing to them in everything. I think if GOG had really struck a deal with LucasArts, then there would be a _lot_ more ballyhoo before the first release. And a timer.
A huge publisher means an announcement of an announcement, followed by a timer. That's how it has been for a loooong time now.

But wouldn't it be funny if this is how they introduced LucasArts?

SimonG: When was the last time a "released soon" was "skipping" a release day?
Earth 2160 skipped a great many. But that was a long time ago now.

It would, but I don't think they'd voluntarily forego the chance for so many page hits. ;)

What they could _also_ do is put up a riddle with a huge sequence of random number next time before a release day. I'm 100% certain that people will find evidence pointing to LucasArts inside them. ;) (I'm guilty of it too btw; I failed reading the signs for the Square Enix deal correctly.)
To be honest, even if this means Lucasarts (which would certainly be awesome). The Monkey Islands are actually one of the least games I want here. They've been on Steam and other places for ages now.

Full Throttle and Tie Fighter however...

adambiser: From twitter:
Tomorrow's release is such a secret that we don't even know what it is. But we can tell you this: http://j.mp/wDI5R4

Any speculation?

morciu: link ain't workin
Thanks, I didn't think that Twitter was being blocked around here.
Its System Shock 2.
This is only going to be a repeat of last week. You guys hyped yourselves up into thinking GOG will release something famous like Thief 2 or Final Fantasy 7, and you turned bitter when it turned out to be some war sim.

Tomorrow's release is obviously Lee Carvallo's Putting Challenge.

Nah, tomorrow will be no release at all. This is very clear from the picture. It shows an ape, which proves that tomorrow's release is just a preponed ape-ril fool's joke.

*runs for cover* ;)
Multiple releases tomorrow?

I'm really hoping it's something out of the blue like id Software and/or Raven Soft.

Come on people. I'm as happy as the last man when a new publisher is announced, but it's barely been a month into 2012 and we've already seen the introduction of THREE new publishers. The "hint" is just another way of GOG goading us into thinking that something big is going on, while the very meaning of the clue is that there is not secret. So let us just calm down and carry on.

Gotta catch 'em all
