so im a little skint, ok admits it totally skint, but they go and put a bundle up that i always said id get if it was under £10.
the tomb raider bundle i posted about from at Game.co.uk Digital Downloads in the Gaming Deals thread.

it looks like even if i get it from GOG (oh blessed of gaming grounds!) i still have to patch in game music and Gold versions etc so i guess from that point it doesn't matter if its Steam or GOG.
anything else i should know about GOGs version, apart from DRM free which is a biggy for me but this skint ill look the other way :P

How much DRM could TR possibly have? I've got all of them on disc and I only actually need that in the drive to play half of them. My only warning is that wherever you get it, 1 can be super pain which sucks because it is SOOOOO COOL! There are ten million great wrappers for it, the problem is getting a good one and getting it running correctly. It took me years but I eventually got a hold of 'Glidos' which was NOT free.

yeah i have a while back on the ps1 actually, have TR1 pc on disc somewhere but erm i cant find it, hang on i may have another TR on disc somewhere for pc too...

i do have underworld on xbox and if i had the cash i would have got the new one this week.

TR1: was great on PS1, but I remember it horrible on pc.
TR2: skipped.
TR3: mediocre.

Did you try these from GOG then?
I'm undecided if it's worth buying them or not..

Ah, probably it could only work in software mode back then for me.. also I remember some music problem.
What do you think about TR2 and TR3 instead?

TR2 was the last game in the series i had fun with untill crystal dynamics took over and released legend just try out 1,2,3 and move on to crystal dynamic releases, still remember the levels in TR2 perfectly, TR3 and later games never fit in well , just eye sores and bad controls
