Gazoinks: Odd. So I reinstall, launch the game clean, and now I'm back to my earlier screen not refreshing problem. Which is an improvement, I guess?
So you are having problems with refreshing screen without co8 mod installed? That would make it ToEE problem.

In this case it may be a problem with Impulse version.
