and to celebrate I'd like to give someone a copy of Divine Divinity.

To be eligible I ask that you are registered in October 2012 or earlier.

In order to enter, just post in this thread and tell me what your favorite movie was that you saw this year and why.

Congratulations! hmmmm, I think I will have to go with Prometheus. I really enjoyed how different it was in comparison to the previous alien movies. I was also really sick that day so seeing a movie was a nice pick-me-up.

Gratz! I watch Good Old Films, so I have to choose the Godfather. It just feels complete. And it's good to see Pacino not shouting like an idiot for a change :). Plus, Brando, not in his prime, but still amazing.

Congrats and thank you for the chance :)

I havn't watched many movies this year but of those I've seen my favorite probably is "Project X". This movie is not much of art with a deeper meaning but it was really fun watching and at least from my point of view the best in the "genre" of high school comedies since a few years.

My favorite movie that I saw this year was The Man from Earth. Incredibly well done Sci-Fi with no special effects, just an idea, a small cabin and some good actors. Saw a recommendation of it from some GOG members and it did not disappoint. On the contrary, it was great!

Edit: Not entering, just sharing a good movie :)

I've seen that movie - it is fantastic! Some of the most interesting dialogue and philosophical discussions I've seen in a movie in quite some time.
