Quick question, anyone have any experience with using mods with Titan Quest Gold on Steam? I see that GamersGate have it reduced to $5 right now. So I'm wondering if it's just best to replace my Steam version with the GG one if mods aren't going to play nice with Steam.

At least the unofficial patch works. Guess other mods should work too.
I don't know about Steam, but I have used the mod editing tools AND used mods on my boxed gold copy. I doubt you WOULDN'T be able to on Steam. By the way, the editing tools on that are incredible.
Yes, I've been able to run the unofficial patch, the Masteries mod and Lilith campaign/mod in the past easilly.
I did have to set the game and Steam to 'run as administrator' for it to work on Vista, but as long as Steam is set to not update the game, I've had no issues.

I've seen several topics about camera mods not working. Which is why I was asking =)

Speaking of camera mods, have you tried any? Anyhow, if you're sure mods should work, I guess I'll save my $5 of Bluecoins for something else =)

Not tried any camera mods, I've not had an issue to move past what the default camera is for it.
Just loaded it up with the unofficial patch and Masteries mod: I can confirm these two work, but I don't have any others on hand right now.
In which case, I'll take it that most should work and will save my BC for sommat else =) Besides it's bound to be on sale again before the year is out so I can always pick it up then if I find I need to.
Probably should just redownload the Steam version now too =) Haven't played for a while as I'm a bit of a collector (I see a dropped item, I just have to pick it up) and with the tiny inventory, the constant portals back to a trader was getting a bit much =/ I really need to try not picking up every single dropped item, =S
If it helps: There's an option to ignore White/Grey/Broken items and just show Gold and above. I also have a similar need to clear out the map of items, monsters and reduce the fog of war as much as possible. Takes some adjustment not to do this all the time.
If you play the collector, by the final act you should have plenty gold coins, then you only need to grab any Green/Blue/Purple items.
