Especially with the games having no DRM.

Most if not all of the games are available readily over P2P anyway - in some cases perhaps more readily than buying legal copies - so I don't think the DRM-free approach here will have much impact on that. In actual fact, I think the low prices and DRM-freeness here will attract more ppl who would otherwise pirate the games to go legal.
In any case the games here appeal to a certain audience who are probably happy to financially support this kind of initiative and the games it hosts. An age/profession poll would be intereting in that respect.
