The first being that Steam "community", the second being this place. And no, giveaways != good community. That thing died years ago.

Wasnt talking about you specifically. But there are some butthurt schmucks here that downrep everything one they dislike posts, which further fuels one to dislike this place.

Doesnt help when GOG themselves use and promote PC MASTER RACE shit.

I think these forums are pretty tame really, dont get me wrong, i have hurled the odd insult (mostly jokingly at tinyE) but its been a long time since ive seen anything that i have felt is really insulting.

GOG really needs an Ignore function.
That way the sensitive people can ignore the not so sensitive ones, and vice versa.

Well I just suffered being Downrepped for just asking a question about Netflix and no I could not find it in Google so I just ask any users here and I got downrepped probably because the GOG users thinks talking about non gaming topics is not allowed in the general forums. Even though we had plenty of non gaming topics and the mods allows it :P

Also long time no see Elenarie, "Brofist" have not seen you in awhile.

I don't know in what "bell jar" conditions you lived your life so far, Trilarion, but this is by far the most polite place on the internet I've seen. Even when someone swears around here it's over-obvious its a joke.
I'm not saying no shit happened, but its totally negligible.

Everyone has their own definition of asshole just like everyone has an asshole. There should just be a personal shit list that allows you to enter people's names and all posts from people on your shit list are automatically hidden.

TBH I have very rarely seen insulting going on in this forum.. From my part I don't allow myself to do it, only subjects I can get very angry is promoting .. I'll stop it right there, to not give ideas to piss me off! :)
