Seriously, there is always (well not always) but a lot of times there is something missing from someone's shelf and to my knowledge the only person who didn't get anything back was a Mac copy of something and GOG gave them a full refund.

Oh there it is (still on my shelf). Probably an error on GOG's side. If it's still not there I'd say contact support if it doesn't come back.

Also, before you follow the good advice that one of the GOG employees was kind enough to post here in the middle of the night, I'd suggest to check whether the game might just have been hidden. Click on "My Games", scroll the list to the bottom, and click on the text "show hidden games" if present.

You can also try the account refresh feature, it sometimes makes missing games reappear.
