Mikee: Looks like you have unique;) copy of TW EE. Seems like mistake on the production line. Anyway I'd rather go to the store, show your copy and ask to get guide or proper copy. Shouldn't be a problem (as long as it wasn't mail order, but they should be able to send you missing part, also Atari support should be able to do it).

Deaderinred: It was an online retailer order, so i don't think i can get a copy of it anymore.. do you have a link or email where i can contact atari about it? not sure which part of atari to ask.
What was the online retailer you bought it from? Technically you received a defective product, any company worth their salt will have a return/replacement policy. I would try contacting them, tell them whats wrong and you want an exchange (typically, you'll send the product back and they'll replace it.)
But it all depends on the place you ordered from (I ordered from game.co.uk, they have a policy for such a possibility I believe.)
