Let me ask it... there is any chance to buy The Witcher EE from GoG.com?
I know it isn't an "old game", but... well, it's your game, so who cares?
I was aiming for Stardock impulse but seems like they are going to sell just the censored american version.

And only to american (US) people; thanks again, Atari...
I don't know if this forum is the right place to ask, but seeing the thread still open, I'll give it a go: Mikee, will the enhanced version be available for purchase on spanish retail?; I heard (read) somewhere it wasn't going to be :(.
I hope hope hope the new edition allows you to shut off the screen bounce when you walk.
I don't even need anything else beyond that.
I am in act 3 and just moving around the city gives me a headache, but i like the game tons and want to finish it.

arc.of.the.stem: is there a way to play The Witcher with the original Polish speech and English subtitles?

Yes, it involves overwriting files from the polish versions though. I don't remember how to do it unfortunately. I think they go over it in the Witcher forums.
I already own the original 'The Witcher' and I loved it a whole bunch, I loved it so much that when I heard about the enhanced edition I quit it cold turkey just to start from the beginning the way CDProjekt Red envisioned it.
I've been pondering re-buying it entirely to get all the nifty new stuff like the soundtrack and books, maps etc. I'll probably download the patch for the original first then decide, but I'm optimistic they'll get more of my money.

There will be, since Witcher: EE will be a multi-language release.

radic202: Now if only we could remove the damn North American Censorship and get what our Europeans Friends have been enjoying all along.....

ertertwert: I purchased the European version from the US. Works fine and is uncensored.

Much thanks to Gogamer.com! :)
Yesssss!!!.
It seems Steam will sell the game worlwide from September 19, and it's the multilanguage version, according to this:

Sure. That is one of the nice EE features. EE consist all the languages done for the game so far. As far as I remember there is 9 different languages for voices and 10 for texts (Chinese has no voiceovers;). The cool stuff is, that EE all over the world (no matter where you buy) consist all languages, and the second cool stuff is that you can change them on fly during the game and make any combination of VO and text.
So playing with Polish VO and English subtitles is possible, and it should be pretty cool. Polish VO were, from the begging, very good.
For more info about EE you can go here:

TW EE should be in stores in Spain as all over the Europe, from 19th of September. Version there should as rich and cool as everywhere (we spent some time persuading that this is the only correct way:) )
BTW: Regarding US censorship. Changes are minimal, I think only collectable erotic cards (no big deal and no real connection with gameplay). Anyway there is unofficial patch for this (tested by us, works fine:). And actually we think about making official patch, we just need to solve the legal problems, as the game is rated 17+ in US.

Thanks Mikee for letting me know, happy to hear it.
You have another customer then! :)

Well, I'm a Steam supporter but... What's the point about buying it from Steam instead Impulse?
I suppose it will be the same version (US), and Impulse already sell it for the same price, but without any sort of annoying DRM or client check, just like GOG does.
Wait... It's the US version a multi-language one, too?

I guess TW:EE is multilanguage worldwide.
But talking about languages http://store.steampowered.com/app/20900/ - on that site isn't mentioned Polish language. Looks like bug.

Hehe, nice, you would be like Stainless Steel Interactive with Carmaggedon. They also released blood patches for the unfortunate victims of the rating/censorship system.
Anyway, I'm getting The Witcher: EE from Steam as I'm happy to see it there (hopefully more games from CD Project/Atari is going to follow, so I can use Steam for all Good New Games and GOG for..I think you got the idea :)).
And also to ensure CD Project won't run out of juice regarding GOG :)
I hope the languages are switchable, tho.

Folks, I'm going to repeate myself: why don't you try Stardock Impulse?
It's like GOG. No DRM at all.
And they are going to sell the same game at the same price.
I think It's a good thing for all us to support who cares about customer wishes.
