I try for 3 days to pre-order and download this game, but anytime i get the error message 404. At this time there is no reply from the support.

Yes. And when i add this game to cart I get the message "whoops, there was some kind of error, sry :(" !!!

Not happening to me. What browser are you using and do you have any ad-ons like No Script or an ad blocker enabled?

Maybe, just maybe, your browsers are old, old, old. Update them and try again. I think IE has version 9 now, don't know about Firefox.

Firefox is up to version 4, IE is up to version 9 on Vista and Win 7, only version 8 on XP.

The same problem with IE 7 and Firefox 4! I think this is no hardware/software problem.

I am having the same problem for 3 days as well. Have reported the error 3 times and no response. Tried Firefox, IE and Google Chrome which are all up to date. What else can we try

Has been reported to support who said to try download a couple of times or better still go to the product page. Did that no luck. I can get other items its just TW2. I even managed to add TW2 to the order page thinking I've sussed it but the checkout page kicked out TW2 nad left the other item int he cart for checking out. It is def a TW2 problem. I have also tried doing this on another machine. Same problem .

I preorderd last week and I'm having the exact same issue. 404 page when clicking the pre-download link, and a "whoops some kind of error occured" message appearing if I try add to cart.

The first time I tried to add another game (Aquinox) to my cart and got the whoops message the first time, but after that was able to add and remove it from cart. Still cant get the Witcher 2 into the cart (or download it).

I opened a support ticket, but it was right before the weekend...

I'm not sure what happened, but it's all working now.
