So, i was collect all stamps, and i see this

I don't have any email, since 5 hours

Entitled much? It'll take some time, even a day at most. Besides, it'll take at least 3-4 hours to download it.

What I'm saying is, GOG as awesome as they are don't owe us anything. So be patient and wait for the gift to arrive :D

I have collected all stamps and I got the mail after some minutes.
The movie is now in my library.
But I own the game already.
Is there anything I can do with it?

I have never gifted anything nor did I ever get a gift.
How does this work?

Same here. Received the email like two or three minutes after collecting the last stamp. In this case there's two options:
a) Just give someone the code that you see in the email. He can then click on "redeem code" at the bottom of the website and enter it there.
b) Directly copy and paste the URL that the code and "redeem now" in your email lead to (just use "copy link location" if you're using an email client). The person following it will then be automatically lead to the "redeem code" part of the website with your code already entered, so he/she will only have to confirm if he/she is already logged in.

Maybe he is over 80 years old which means that he hasn't that much time anymore...

Same happens to me and just want to know whether to keep waiting and there was an error or problem

It took me several hours to get mine yesterday, at least three hours, so yeah it's probably best if you stopped worrying about it. It'll show up eventually.

3 days standby and not a mail, is normal or can already give the game lost? XD

Two days here, and still no email :(

Same for me here, it's been 4 days or so, but I never got the email. Not being impatient, just wondering if there's a problem on my end of things. Maybe the email got in the spam filter but even that I check regularly.

Mostly I'm wondering if I should signal this or not. I'd be fine waiting 2 weeks and more, I just want to know what to expect.

I don't think I've gotten the mail since a few days, but I was collecting the stamps mainly because they were there.
