It is sad that you even need any examples. But alright, to name the two most outrageous ones:

1) Operation Northwoods

2) Gulf of Tonkin incident

Having named those, I really don’t understand why so many idiots put so much faith in their government. How can you be so incredibly naïve? False flag operations are routine and not some rare exception. Every government (be it democratic or autocratic) is evil per se and will stop at nothing to get what they want. And motherfucking nothing. Got that? And history is full of proof for that.

So perhaps you can explain why:

1. The walls of the WTC were bending inwards up to six feet shorlty before the collapse?
2. The upper floors of the WTC were clearly tilted by several degrees just before the collapse?

Man, for a controlled demolition it sure did look an awful lot like the steel girders melted ant the building collapsed as a result.
We don't trust the government. We trust engineers and the laws of physics.

Aside from numerous elements inside the government, the '9/11 conspiracy' would have to also encompass the vast majority of civil engineers, who've clearly said that the WTC collapsed just the way they'd expect it to, and demolition experts, who've clearly said it wasn't a controlled demolition. You would also need to have made the WTC bend just as it would have if the building was about to collapse due to fire rather than bombs.

By the time you've pulled in everyone you'd need to make such a conspiracy work you'd find that pretty much everyone but you is part of that conspiracy.

It's p. risky trusting engineers. Most every single "scientist" you see on those lists of "qualified experts" denying evolution or climate change is an engineer. Engineers aren't always the most educated of folks.

Not that I agree with Demut's arrogant, assumptive bullshit and patronizing feigning of higher knowledge.

If you can't trust a civil engineer to know how a tall building collapses, then you'd better not go into one again.

1) That plan was never adopted, mainly because it was, y'know an absolutely stupid plan. Plus, President Kennedy sacked Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer, who had approved the draft written by the joint chiefs of staff. In addition, Kennedy sacked CIA director Allen W. Dulles and two Deputy Directors to rein in the CIA's paramilitary operations. Also, guess where the information about the plan came out? It was declassified in 1997, by the JFK Assassination Records Review Board no less.

2) The Gulf of Tonkin wasn't orchestrated, it was mainly a cover-up by the NSA. Yes, the government completely screwed up on that one and launched the Vietnam War, and I say that it was one of the worst mistakes ever made by the US government. Nonetheless, it isn't the only terrible mistake the government has committed, nor was it an orchestrated attack.

And while I don't really believe in what the government or what politicians have to say, I'm even more distrustful of a world run by the people or a world in anarchy. I'll take government as the lesser of two evils.

Those happened in the 60's when it was much much much much easier to keep secrets from the global public. Nowadays that simply isn't true. The 9/11 hoax bullshit has been vetted again and again by dozens if not hundreds of independent parties many of which have a stake in seeing Bush strung up on a rope. If there were even a shred of legitimacy to these moronic claims then it would have found the light of day.

So yeah, people who believe 9/11 was an inside job are dumbfucks.

In this current 'one world, all equal' age of the internet it is very trendy and anti-whatever to fight heroically against the powerful and shadowy elitist forces that seek to dominate and rule our lives at every turn. Apparently we must invest vast swathes of our time and willpower into fighting the vicious disinformation campaign that wants to keep all us 'normal' people small and obedient and, above all, buying things. Well, you know, after thirty one years on this earth I am currently of the opinion that the best a man or woman can do is take each day as it comes, worry about those things we can control in our insignificant lives, and stop wasting time screaming at the universe for its inequalites and imbalance.

I know that seeming apathy can annoy the true believers who think that one man or woman can change the world, and that governments should be held to account by the noble masses. However, this one man just wants to be left alone to maybe make a sandwich, kiss his wife, and live his life without being guilted by every crusader who has a chip on their shoulder and a bone to pick with the world at large.

I've read an watched tons of conspiracy stuff years before you brought it up and I came to the conclusion these truthers are lunatics.

I just go for evidence not blind faith or even worse by the word from a government. Remember that in history most people got killed by their governments not wars. And the power of a government must always be limited. But even more powerful is the mass media which can easily control the government by lies, deception or indoctrination.

So you believe that Anderson Cooper, Bill O'Reilly, Glenn Beck, Stephen Colbert, and Kieth Olbermann are part of a mass media conspiracy to control the government?

I'm of the opinion that if you're "brainwashed" by the mass media, you wouldn't exactly be the smartest, most rational, or even analytical person. Likewise, if you blindly believe in conspiracy theories without taking into account the bounty of facts that contradict your beliefs, you aren't exactly the best person to discuss these types of matters with.

Just check the nose in nose out of the "plane" that aired FOX on 9/11. They have even removed it now because the fraud is so obvious....
