Amazingly, the US PSN Store got the PS2 edition of the game in the latest store update. Even the Virtual Console still doesn't have it.

I had read about it being the real originator before. As a PC only gamer 90% of the time I of course never played it.

The first I remember playing was Rainbow Six Vegas, as I played Gears of War later when the PC port came out and dropped in price a bit. I liked it a lot, it felt fresh and interesting at the time. MAN did it get boring fast though. Now-a-days I pretty much hate it.

I would create a gas chamber for people who would dare to say "Gears of War invented hiding in covers" ...

Kill.Switch or WinBack?

I wanted to buy this but it didnt get great reviews at release, so I waited for a sale, but never saw the game again, it didnt sell very well, so the shoops here didnt restock it. Dunno if I cba with it now though, what with Gears etc.

It's a good game. Very tough though. They decided to add voice overs though to the PS2 which is the worst voice acting I've ever heard.

The clueless kid in me when it came out on the n64 didn't know what they meant by picked up a magazine (thought it was a useless magazine to read and was only aware of the word clip to describe ammo) but luckily caught on before I said it out loud when I noticed all the ammo I suddenly had.
