Awesome news. I'd be posting that even if you weren't giving a game away.

Still since you are, I'm in :P
My dream game would be a mix between Deus Ex and GTA. It would take place in a future cyberpunk world and you would play as a detective who fights against organized crime, serial killers and big corporations. It would feature sandbox-gameplay and would include a main storyline and loads of side-missions. And it would be released exclusively on GOG. :D
Thanks for the giveaway!
Congrats on getting in to psychology! +1

My dream game, hmm:

It would be a BaSS remake (sort of) with more/high detailed/artistic futuristic cities (think BladeRunner). Would hire extra help on that. Both 1st and 3rd person + "eye-in-the-sky-look" would be swappable so the gamer could choose his/hers view, depending on what they like and are looking for. Pluss, modding to allow the gamers play it trough like BaSS. The quests would be several, in an openworld, both in and outside the cities. Traveling is an essential part, following the unexplained series of (in part) mystical crimes around the globe (or a fictional land)

Different routes/quests opens up a new direction (FF?). Kinda like a detective story where one interacts with people, take samples/pieces.

(Come to think of it; a clash between BaSS and PoliceQuest in a city view (Crysis2), themed like the dark and gritty world from BladeRunner)

It would be huge (not rpg or 80*s styled cyberpunk), but that's all I've got so far.

Last Edit: It would be fun to try it out in a steampunk style (LastExile)

Hey, congrats Ellyn!! It's only the beginning unfortunately! :)

A dream game of mine would be a huge open world RPG similar to Skyrim. The loot would be like Diablo, great over the top action combat like God of War, and a totally customizable magic system like Magicka. Of course it would be very deep with great stories/situations for quests, almost unlimited and customizable crafting like Minecraft, and have robust co-op and multiplayer.

Thanks!!
Congrats! I hope your time in University is more fun than mine was. :P

Honestly, I don't even know what dream game I'd want to make. The only things I know are that it would need to be a turn-based JRPG, probably sprite-based, neo/tech-noir setting, the characters would use a combination of magic and tech-based skills, and the big bad would be unveiled quarter-way through the game (instead of games like FF9 where the big bad is revealed in the final battle).

But specifics about characters, story, etc, I just don't know.
BUMP
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! ^^

I'm in for the giveaway and iI would have the skills I would make the best SHMUP ever (it would be ultra-awesome and it would destroy all the competrition).
Congratulations ellynandroid!

About the game, An adventure game with open enviroments to investigate, great story and characters with puzzles with multiple solutions and branching story.
Congratz. Enjoy while you can, because it only gets worse, with ridiculous amount of study to pass the courses and graduate, then finding a job, then postgraduation, majoring, etc...

I'd join, but I'm already busy enough with my prize last time. Good luck everyone!
Congrats on getting accepted in my school I am basically being fucked in my attempt to apply :(
Anyhow my dream game would be an open world Dragon Ball Z beat em up with combat similar to Devil May Cry and a world the size of Morrowind in ES3 and of course all the voices from the anime
Shame they will continue making fighters :(
Congrats for the acceptance!
My dream game? I would make my own version of Fallout 3, with old izometric engine and turn based combat :)
Stellar engineering simulator. Dyson Rings for everyone!
Congratulations!

My dream game, huh... I would go for a RPG which would allow magic, shooter and swordplay (kinda Jedi outcast style) + PoP platforming dynamics, where each of these paths woul have their own skill tree of shorts and the game allowed you to procceed using any or all of the options to progress. I would set it on several different settings and place some immersion limitations, so you would for instance have to hide your magic in a modern environment or tech gadgets on a medieval environment; and if you do not do so NPCs would freak out or something. Until you unleash it all on the final boss, that is...
Congrats!

Does the game get made if we win? :P

Space sim with Newtonian physics, dynamic campaign, tactical commands to teammates, with somewhat realistic sensors (infra-red), probes, drones, etc ...
