For reasons of having exceeded my budget I have decided I will be gifting nothing for the next 3 months.
I thought I should go with a bang. While the ninja giveaway was fun (and appears to have created a life of its own), I most enjoyed the nasty giveaway.
So one last binge. Here's how it's going to work. The giveaway will take place (start) on Friday 12th of October. There will be 8 games, the community can decide what they are (even TW2 if people still want it).
Here's how it works: First you need to register to join (i.e post in this thread), and list the 8 games you want to be in the draw. I will then identify the most desired games, this means that requesting a rarely wanted game will reduce your chances of being in the final battle. From that I will select 16 contestants. You will then get issued with fragments of a code, and will need to trade with other contestants to make a full one.
Last time some players tried to disrupt the game by hoarding their fragments, this will not be possible this time round. All fragments will be distributed to at least 2 people.
If people have suggestions for improving this game, please let me know.
