Amazing efforts as always, tfishell.
I'm amazed there isn't more Lucas Arts in this list. What happened to Grim Fandango? Monkey Island? KOTOR?

err... they're taking about games from publishers already on GOG. Lucas arts isn't, unless it was just confirmed and I somehow didn't hear the worlwide "hurray!".

We have the 5th Monkey Island game which was co-developed with Lucas Arts from what I can find.

tfishell: Torchlight 2 - Runic Games
(Maybe they don't want a DRM-free release outside of their shop for some time? Somebody said something about limited activations for this game, too.)
Torchlight 2 has unlimited activations. It has some re-activation problems with a few windows 8 systems, but it was not due to limits, but something that broke when W8 had an update.
Stalker games:

Tales of monkey island is from telltale, IIRC. I'm sure other people here will give you better explanations if you ask for it.
I find it doubtful, but I hope so. Been a dark couple of years for GSC.
Thanks for the feedback. I went back through the list and updated it a bit. EDIT: And my updates didn't "keep" apparently. Arg.

Will edit that in, thanks.

Nice list.
Alright, I guess GOG's forum doesn't like too much text in one place. I'll continue here and link to this in the first post.

Soldier Of Fortune 1 & 2 - Activision
I thought maybe we'd be seeing this appear as one of the Instagram'd hints - "action game full of gore" but somebody suggested this would probably never see a re-release as there were issues with the magazine of the same name. An aside: "A MMOFPS based on the series, Soldier of Fortune Online was published in Korea by Dragonfly and went in Closed Beta on August 12, 2010 and ended on August 16, 2010" - Wikipedia

Call of Cthulhu: Shadow of the Comet & Prisoner Of Ice - Infogrames/Atari
I'm guessing maybe there's some trademark problem, maybe a license to use the word "Cthulhu" that expired. Or maybe 2K owns the rights to the phrase "Call of Cthulhu" a la Dark Corners? As IAmSinistar suggests below, it appears Chaosium - http://www.chaosium.com/index.php - has the rights to the phrase "Call of Cthulu", as "they are the originators of the role-playing game of that name." According to
http://lovecraft.wikia.com/wiki/Copyright_status_of_works_by_H._P._Lovecraft, "Chaosium, publishers of the Call of Cthulhu role-playing game, have a trademark on several Lovecraftian phrases and creations, including 'The
Call of Cthulhu', for use in game products."

The Sims Complete Collection - EA
Of course, bricks will be shat if this is released, and I assume EA wants to focus people's attention on Origin for Sims games. $20 seems like a good price for everything [assuming all 7 expansion packs have substantial content], although used physical copies are going for 12 bucks on Amazon.

Albion - Ubisoft Blue Byte
Oh GOG, where is this game?

Heart of Darkness - Infogrames/Atari (Europe) and Interplay (NA)
It's possible having two publishers is the cause of the problem, or it may be compatibility issues. More research is probably needed.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Squeenix
It's possible, in a year or so, Squeenix might be willing to release an openly DRM-free version, assuming SteamWorks wasn't worked into the release from the beginning.

Sid Meier's SimGolf - EA
Since we so both Firaxis and EA appear together a la Alpha Centauri, I assume this can show up unless compatibility issues are holding it back.

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic - Ubisoft
I'd assume we could see this show up once GOG has brought a fresh "batch" of Ubisoft games.

Swat 4: Gold Edition - Vivendi/Activision

Oregon Trail - Gameloft/Ubisoft
Depending on what the rights' situation fully looks like, if Ubisoft does have the rights to the Broderbund/TLC versions of the Oregon Trails, it's possible we could see re-releases here if GOG views them as more than "edutainment" and can get them working.

Sim City (original) - EA
Probably little point in releasing this if 2000 is here (coupled with the release of the source code already), but it might be nice to at least have this for the people who want to buy it. Maybe it could come as a freebie or simply be added on to the Simcity 2000 package for free.

Emperor: Rise Of The Middle Kingdom - Activision
The last of the great Impressions builders games, I believe. Kevick the Frog (what's that GOGlodyte's name?) will be happy when it shows up.

The Walking Dead (Episodes) - TellTale Games
Perhaps TellTale is uneasy about openly DRM-free for such new games?

I believe Chaosium still owns the trademark(?) on "Call of Cthulhu", they are the originators of the role-playing game of that name.

tfishell: Battlezone 1 & 2 - Activision originally, although it appears Rebellion now owns the rights
(I guess the original was released as freeware at one point, but if it and 2 could be bundled in a release, that would be sweet. I'm not sure if nGlide could be used or not.)
Would love to see these here. I doubt I could get my CD copies to cooperate anymore.

tfishell: Titan Quest - originally THQ, now Nordic Games
("In 2013, the IP for Titan Quest, along with most of THQ's other games was purchased by Nordic Games." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Titan_Quest)
Bought this recently from GG, DRM-free apart from a key, so it certainly exists in that format.
This may be a tad OT because they aren't highly rated or highly voted on but I just noticed the 2nd Freedom Force game is here but not the 1st. Do they have the same publisher?

Thanks, I'll edit it to reflect this info. I forgot actually tried emailing them a few months back but the emails all came back with errors. The addresses appear to be in working order now (maybe), so I re-sent the emails.

Both appear to be on Steam. I assume 2K published the game on Steam - http://store.steampowered.com/app/8890/ - after Focus Home Interactive released it on GOG. So maybe there are two different publishers for the same game, similar to how Night Dive published the Wizardry games on Steam but Gamepot published them here.

According to Wikipedia, the original game was published by EA initially, but I assume 2K would have to publish it here also. I don't know for sure.

This post says the first was published by EA while the second was self-published.
