Witcher series, first and foremost. About sexy games, they are not my style, but a happy coincidence whenever they happen to coexist with a pure blood RPG, hack and slash or action game in general (extremely rarely). I liked Blood Rayne too... And maybe the Vampire the Masquerade... Some of the NPCs were fabulous, especially the poster persons!

For me, that's definitely Tomb Raider.
