We should have a Basic Income Guarantee (BIG) and we don't need other countries emulating how we got to wealth, it was too destructive, our technology is past that, they don't need to take the Keynesian path which ended up being a double edged sword, even for us.

I know rephrasing people's arguments is easy and makes you sound pithy and all, but you're not really fooling anyone. I know it's hard for people a lot of people to accept, but this is a hard problem that's had a lot of very smart people working on it for a long time. The shit you've heard and accepted boils down to a point of view rather than any kind of fact. Being willing to challenge what you hold as truth will serve you well in the long run, but again it's your choice to even consider it.

But if you're not into considering anything here, I consider your replies to be a display of intellectual laziness. If that's what you want to do, fine, but I'm not going to humor you, it's a waste of time.

And electronics engineer, lol, yeah, I'm sure you are and that makes you more qualified to talk about economics than actual economic researches with viable case studies. It's kind of like how all the electronic engineers at Intel are so damned sure they could run the company better. I don't care how many Heathkits you put together as a kid and which chips you've designed since college, it doesn't make you an expert on whether Mr. Coffee is necessary for the build-up of 3rd world economies.
