I was a bit surprised no one has posted this already, or maybe someone has, and I just didn't notice. In that case, I'm sorry to repeat what has already been said.
There is a new interview with GOG up at Gamasutra which I find very interesting, and certainly quite promising indeed. Some may already know what is being discussed, but there are some juicy tidbits to be found here as well. Particularly:
"We have some awesome deals in the works that should be announced within the next month or two, so at least on the games front we’re going to be making people very, very happy."
Any guesses or speculations, anyone? ;)
Edit:
By the way, I for one am very, very happy already, of course. In less than a year, GOG has already become my number one digital distributor for sure.

Excellent interview. Looking forward to see what they have in store for us in the next couple of months. I'm hoping like mad for Sanitarium.
Interesting read, thanks for the link. It is great to see GOG get some more extremely well deserved exposure.
I am pretty much exclusively a Good Old Gamer now which is really a testament to the quality of the guys at GOG and the community as a whole, here's to GOG growing from strength to strength.
I want Wasteland.
Very Very badly.
No, it won't happen.

Maybe it's related to the Capcom deal rumor?
Edit: Catshade beat me to it. :)

Eh, that's way too early to even mention.
It's LucasArts....
One of GOG's selling points is that you present a very uniform, tested experience across your catalogue. What goes into preparing a title for release?
AO: A lot of time, lots of care, and attention to detail. Almost our whole team is involved in getting every game ready for release on GOG -- graphic artists to prepare our own wallpapers and avatars, the product team to find all the bonus materials and make sure it's well prepared, programmers and testers to ensure that the games are compatibility tested and even played all the way through.
Since we don’t have access to source code, we have to work a bit of magic to get things working properly; some games take long than others, but if we find that a game just isn’t going to work, we won’t release it.
We're constantly trying to improve the process and provide our customers with as much value for money as we can. We try to think outside the box, to get the games prepared as well as possible.

This is the beautiful thing about GOG. They don't just take a game, put it into an installer file and release it as is. They actually package it, look out for good mods, make sure it is as compatible as they can make it. While other distribution platforms are like fast food services, where the service stops after the fries are ready, GOG is like an exquisite restaurant with its personal food taster to help you make sure the pufferfish doesn't contain anymore toxins.
Truly, GOG understands and practices quality service.

One guy already informed us in another thread he did, said it was because GOG deserved all the money he could give them. :)

Oh, they do, they do. Unfortunately, I don't have as much money as they deserve. So I'm not one of the "GOG Completists". I have "only" 33 games from here, including the three freebies.

That's quite a good number. :)
I'm a bit higher -- all the promos are hard to resist.
