Really strange. A contestant (post #26) seems to have disappeared from the thread. Creepy... The only remaining evidence is my answer to him/her:

Someone knows how could this happen? Mods' intervention, perhaps?

PS: Maybe my invention of the GOGAG (GOG Assassins Guild) wasn't such a good idea after all...

I think you can delete the contents of a post, but not the post itself. And although the GOG staff may ban a user, his posts don't suddenly disappear from the forum.

About the effects of deleting an account (is this even possible?), I'm not sure...

I put the wrong title to the giveaway, I should have called it "And Then There Were None", as the book of Agatha Christie. :D
