I'm in for Divine Divinity.
So with a single mind trick I would do something kinky.
For example letting the sweet sales girl at the supermarket say something like:
"I've been a naughty girl, I deserved to get spanked!"
Or a couple at a boring party where only lackluster conversations are taking place:
"We would love to have a foursome with you and your partner!" Even if nothing happens afterwards the look on their partner's face would be worth it.
Anyway:

After my last (unsuccesfull) job interview, I'm thinking it sometimes would be great to have Jedi mental powers. I'd like to say to my interviewer: "I'm perfect for the job. You're going to hire me" and hear in return: "You're perfect for the job. I'm going to hire you." So...
Just an advice for someone who never (but once) failed at a job interview:
You are on the right track. THE "Magic MIND TRICK" is that you don't need Jedi Powers, it has to be certain that you are perfect for the job. You have to
emanate this certainty. In that specific moment your self-esteem must be so ridiculoulsy overpowered that it is percievable by your future employees. It should be strong enough to pervade their thoughts. (which is pretty close to a mind trick)
In fact they should feel ashamed of having hestitated in picking you already.
No Jedi Powers needed.
