That was very touching. I couldn't agree more that your OWN family is the most valuable thing you will ever have in this world. I too have a 2-year old daughter and I don't want to miss a single moment away from her. I feel like I'm re-discovering the wolrd with her.

First , I'm going to be a pain in your ass, and then I'm going to elaborate on my response a bit :)

The pain in the ass part - I'd like to change the game I'm in for to The Guild Gold. Based on a conversation in the Promo thread, there's no reason to have Guild 2 if you have Guild 2: Renaissance, and I've already bought Renaissance.

Weekends are traditionally my "family time", as a result I don't get on the internet a whole lot over the weekends, and I do miss threads. I greatly appreciate the personal invitation to join this giveaway, and this conversation, which I may have otherwise missed. My wife works part time, so she gets quite a bit of one-on-one time with our son. I do work quite a bit, so I make an extra effort to spend lots of time with him on the weekend. I can't imagine what I would do, or feel like if I lost that opportunity to have my time with him. I'm very happy for you that you are getting such a special holiday. There really isn't a better time to spend with your family than Christmas. I hope you all have a great holiday together.

Also, kudos to you for the bravery in posting your story - that probably wasn't an easy thing to share.

Wow! I keep reading and reading every post and believe me, these are the best Christmas cards I've ever received, since they all sound so honest and full of understanding + a palm on my back and forth :)

I'm amazed due to some stories about marriage and some others about making consciousness!

And well, Santa is going to really have to work this time a lot since a lot of entries for this GA ^_^

I'm really happy for you AcidFlux. All too often at this time of year the stories of peoples lives seem to be unaccountably dark. The personal story you entrusted this community with is an excellent example of the redemptive qualities of love. Thank you very much for sharing it with us...it is a good reminder to all of us to love what we cherish and cherish what we love. I am sure I speak for everyone here when I say thank you for sharing your story with us. It is a wonderful gift that we all share being part of a community so caring that we feel safe sharing ourselves and our experiences.

Ok, down to business. (Too many feels and I will continue rambling and waxing poetic...and nobody wants that:) I am in for Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive. A CRPG set in the Old West...why did nobody tell me this was a thing that existed? Whats more...how in the seven bloody Hells did my research not turn up this little gem?
