Yep, the game should be out today. Screens & vids here (part 2). Anyway it doesn't seem so awesome to me, it's just the old plain HotD shooting since the Nineties with a bit of pulp taste....
Nice addition to the Wii games stock, anyway....

its been getting good reviews, and reading the one on Eurogamer made me really want to get it...

with this and deadly creatures the wii seems to be picking up the pace...
I completed the Wii version of this game and right now I'm Platinuming the Extended cut on PS3

They really improved the game with the Extended cut with extra levels and content, I'm really enjoying it

For anyone with a PS3, this game is a "must have", I would go as far as to say that game warrants a PS MOVE purchase
I might get this for Wii.

Any fan of rail shooters must also play Sin and Punishment: Star Successor.

It's a shame Sega never ported Panzer Dragoon Orta to Wii or even PS3 Move. Oh well, at least they brought back House of the Dead from the dead. I enjoyed these games a lot in the arcades.

Get the PS3 version if you can, it's much better than the Wii version

and yeah, glad to see this franchise is getting some attention

SEGA released HOTD 4 on PSN recently with MOVE support, what a treat

I just wish they would do a compilation of all 4 games for PS3 on PS MOVE

I hope they eventually also release them for the wiiu. I am planning to EVENTUALLY get a wiiu, and since it already has support for the controllers for the regular wii...
So yeah. I will prefer to get a brand new, possibly not all that good console because I already got the pointer controllers for it than get a couple of PSmoves.
Played this game to death on the Wii.

Then I got a PS3 as a gift , then I got The Extended Cut.

Great Rail shooting fun with plenty of tongue in cheek humour and B-movie visuals.

I'd love to see an Overkill 2 but chances may be low right now.

Overkill is the first game in the timeline and it's meant to show how everything started

I'm guessing if they make another HOTD game, it's going to be under another subtitle

Timeline in order:

HOTD: Overkill - 1991
HOTD 1 - 1998
HOTD 2 - 2000
HOTD 4 - 2003, the world has gone to shit.
HOTD 4: Special - 2003, (*it takes place right after 4.*)
HOTD III - 2019, post-apocalyptic wasteland setting.

I'm intrigued, how does an on rails shooter work on Move? Bear in mind, I've never actually had an opportunity to use PSMove, I've only seen it.

It works very good

The PS MOVE in general is the best and most accurate Motion controller I have used this gen from any console

I played through Killzone 3, No More Heroes: Paradise and Time Crisis: Razing Storm with it, it's awesome

Think I'll get Child of Eden next for it...

I actually meant literally 'how do you use it for them?' rather than 'how good is it?'.

Uhh..you turn the move controller on...calibrate it in front of the PS camera and you use it by pointing at the screen

For railshooters the psmove works sort of like the "Guncon" in the older time crisis games
