Continuing the birthday giveaway that started Here, today I have up for grabs a copy of Capitalism 2

RULES:
1) Please enter only if you intend to play the game. I'd prefer if the game does not sit on your shelf for months/years, so enter only if you're interested in playing it pretty much right away. If you're just looking to collect for your shelf, there are plenty of other ways to fill those spaces.
2) Please do not regift/trade the game. These games are intended to be kept/used by the contest winner.
3) Entries only for yourself, please.
4) Must have a join date before May 2014.
5) Read the giveaway-specific rules below

In line with the theme of today's giveaway game, I'm looking for your country's goofy currency. If you have any piece of currency in your country that you think is kind of goofy/odd/weird, post a pic and you're in the contest. It can be the same as someone else's (since you may be from the same country as someone else, right?) Tell me what you think is weird about it.

I'll post a pic of my country's goofy currency to start the ball rolling. Only in Canada would we have a base currency unit and call it a 'Loonie' with a straight face.

As usual, I'll announce a winner when I hit the forums tomorrow morning and as an added 'bonus' I'll mark the winner with the solution to the thread for a bit of rep boost as well.

Oh my. That gives a whole new meaning to the phrase 'filthy lucre'.
it also shows that Sweden & Finland is a d*ck,no offense :P
We unfortunately are stuck with the euro and it has become a very goofy currency.

I'm in!

When it comes to goofy currency, I would have to nominate the ill-fated Sacagawea Dollar Coin. The coin was almost the exact same size as a quarter! Plus many businesses didn't accept it, and people often had to trade the coin for a paper dollar!

Please count me in, thank you.

Below is an old Czechoslovak 20-crown banknote, I always thought it's somewhat creepy. :p

Not in, but thanks for the GA!
Not in. I always thought it was odd that dimes are smaller than nickels when their worth more.

I finally understand why Norway is not in the EU. Anything else they claim are just excuses XD

Another round of thanks, dear Hobbit! I shan't be entering, though.
Not in, but thank you!
Here's an old "2 lire" coin with an ugly insect on it:
