Favorite cookie: Chocolate chip

I don't have my recipe on-hand, but use real vanilla, not imitation. Real butter, also. To make them very chewy, bake until almost ready, then take them out and let residual heat finish the process.

I think this is the first one I've entered, but many thanks for all your giveaways.

Oops. Good catch! That was copy/pasta from Day 21. :P
Love this theme. I'm In, please.

These cookies are SO good. Not hard to make, but a little more unique than a good old chocolate chip cookie.

Chocolate (orange) cookies! Recipe can be found here.:

My favourite thing does change. I also love shortbread, coconut macaroons ... I could go on : )

Ah, I love Michael Smith's recipes. I used literally dozens of his recipes as a basis for my own cooking for a long time now. Mmmmmm... cookies.
Yeah, Michael Smith is great : D

I gave one of his cook books to my friend for Christmas and he proceeded to buy the next three he found! As a side note on these cookies, I believe they can be made with almond flour as well, if anyone you know is allergic to gluten. My friend in question tried this and they were received very well, I heard. I have yet to try that variation myself.

Love oatmeal raisin cookies, here's a moist chewy one:

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together (mix with blender on Low then increase to high until fluffy and color lightens)
1 cup each of unsalted butter, sugar, and dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla

Need to whisk together and stir into mixture until flour no longer is visible:
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon each of salt, baking soda, and baking powder

DON'T OVER MIX, MAKES A TOUGH COOKIE

Once have mixed stir in
3 cups oats (not instant)
1 1/2 cups raisins

Usually use a 2 tablespoon scoop for each cookie and cook 10-13 minutes on center rack on a non stick baking pan

Enjoy!!
Thank you! In & +1!

Favorite is the chocolate chip,or whatever chocolate kind it is :PP

Sorry,I don't know how to make them :( But I do know how to eat them :P

EDIT: This is one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted:

White Chocolate-Cinnamon Fudge aka
SWEET ROLL FUDGE
by Genki's brother (all hail king bro! We\'re Unworthy! )

1 Stick Butter or Margarine
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 24-oz Bag White Chocolate Chips (or use two of the smaller bags) (Nestle's tastes the best!)
Cinnamon to taste -- at least one TBS

Melt butter at a med-low temperature. Add condensed milk and stir occasionally until melted together.

I add the cinnamon at this point. Add until the cinnamon is a bit too strong to your taste, then add the white chocolate chips, stirring until fully melted and mixed.

Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallow cream until fully mixed.

Then pour into a pre-prepared Pyrex or casserole dish lined with wax paper. Put into the refrigerator for an hour or two.

Once the candy has set, grip the waxed paper at the edges and pull gently until the fudge pops out of the pan. Gently loosen the paper from the fudge, and putting the waxed paper back in place, set on a cutting board.

Slice fudge using a pizza cutter (this part is my contribution Wink ) AWESOMELY easy way to cut it without much effort.

I'm in. This is what I like :Chocolate and blackcurrant biscuits

You can find the the recipe here: http://notjustanyoldbaking.blogspot.ro/2012/07/chocolate-and-blackcurrant-thumbprint.html

Thanks.
Not in, but I got my own recipe.

Weed Brownies.

First take brownies, add weed, bake, done.
Can't go wrong with chocolate chip. I'm not much of a cook, so I'll leave the recipes for those who know what they are doing. In.
I'm in !

I like gummy bears, because I like to pretend that I'm Cthulhu, and they're communists that I torture by biting of various chunks of them .
In for Narcia_, thank you.

I don't like cookies. (⊙_☉)
Sure I'm in.

Brownie Cookies are the best. I screwed up an instant dark-brownie recipe (I think I used too much butter and put in olive oil as vegetable oil) and they turned out to be like a moist double-dark dark-chocolate chip cookie with frosting.
