Most likely they'll just write it off as a loss and move on. Its not like they gave away a hundred thousand copies of left 4 dead or anything major, the amount they'd lost would probably be less than the cost of correcting it
They've finally fixed it? heh is there a refund policy on games on steam? Maybe I can get them to refund me $10 per purchase...
Well that was fun while it lasted, no angry messages in my inbox yet...

That also result in the games being removed from the accounts you gifted them to.
hehe just an idea, no need to panic
If you haven't seen it yet, it was also mentioned in the Steam Update News today.
"Try as we might, we're powerless to resist the allure of miniature golf. Steam users, this week, seem to agree, based on how much we've heard about 3D Mini Golf Adventures."
It made me chuckle.
Well, they've finally fixed it, and it is still wrong.
Just like with Aces of the Galaxy, the base price is now $13.33, with $10 being the '25% off' price.
75% of $13.33 is $9.99, its off by 1 cent, far closer than their last attempt...

hahaha well I'm glad I helped spread the news
No, I mean how everywhere else it's $10 with the discounted price as $7.50 - there's an outside chance that they really do mean the base price to be $13.33... but I honestly doubt it.

lol... i doubt they will make up their losses.
The graph of sales would be fun. average sales... 498 copies per hour. change of price: averages sales 0 copies per hour!
Most likely, as while it's fun, it's not worth $7.49 let alone $9.99.
$2.99 would be a better starting price for the game.
Oh I agree completely, the xbox live version was cheaper than the current discounted price and I thought that was too big an ask for what was a very basic minigolf game that you'd load for 20 minutes every few months. I think we've all got our 12-13c worth out of it though

In 6 months when we've forgotten the cockup, it'll be the most inexplicable sales spike...

Hmmm....
I tried the game, and it has some serious issues with gravity
A ball will stop still on a downward slope.............
I think we've all got our 12-13c worth out of it though
Oh most certainly. If such an error ever happens again for the Japan region, you can be sure you'll be first I gift whatever it is, to.
