It'll be stiff for valve if they complain. They offered a product for an advertised price, I met the advertised price (11 times, tee hee) and they accepted the transaction. The matter is done now.

Ahh yeah, it is paypal and they do have funny conversion rates. I don't use my visa debit (also from the NAB though thats not really important) with many services, I figure I might as well limit my exposure by using one service where possible.
