It's not that simple. Contents of GOG forums can be googled. If somebody type "watch something online" in Google, he may be redirected here.

It's harmful for GOG and it even could be flagged by Google after some time of scammy / troyani link being posted here.

Well, "BBL!!!Melbourne Renegades vs Brisbaane Heat live stream KFC BIG BASH T20 Cricket online free scores" was a pretty tempting title. My spam folder is generally America-centric, but these guys have recognized the need for international content. I, for one, welcome our new spam overlords.

Is there a way to upvote spam and still report it? No? Oh, well. /report

Since you can register as being from anywhere in the world, that wouldn't really accomplish anything. One of the more prolific bots at the moment claims to be from the UK.

Edit: Whoa! Someone's on the case!

Edit2: Although he seems to have stopped the cleansing after the first page. Page 2 is still pretty spammed up.

If you'll notice spam anywhere on the forums just down vote it and click the report as spam button, and we'll take if from there.

It's always best practice not to repost spam links or post/reply in those topics in any way.

Apparently Venom got to it before I did; he has more powerful spam-fighting tools than I do, as he is a SysAdmin and I am a mere mortal. I'll take a gander around and see if there's anything left before I take care of the newspost for this afternoon's daily deal.

I'd note if you guys find we're getting flooded and I'm not hammering them immediately, you can hit me up on the #gog channel on IRC and I'll get back over to it.
