If signatures are planned, please don't allow GIFs and big pictures. Both can be very distracting and often make me wish for "Ignore" feature.

Plain text with line breaking (to avoid people messing with long ------------------------------ signatures) is enough.

And size limit. I know people who add paragraphs of text to their signatures. Slim pic
signatures are a pain to load on mobile devices but I don't mind them.

EDIT: Actually, I think it would be great to set in profile whenever you want to see signatures or not.
