As for trades, you could try here, but I doubt you'll have much luck with them. Their trade value is essentially zero.

I missed the Torchlight deal, and would be very grateful for a code!

Had already bought the fallouts long before the deal, they and MoM were what I joined GoG for :)

I too have a stash of codes for the complete Fallout trilogy and Torchlight.

Also, have three Fallout 2 + Tactics codes, just for folks who already had Fallout 1, but missed the promo. Should have gotten a few more of those, perhaps, but thought of it too late :(
