So, Sunday 25th we have thse eleections througout the continent ( although some countries vote earlier ). In therory, the big novelty this tile is that there are actual candidates for the post of Commission President. While I doubt very much that this will actually play like that and I am pretty sure that the Council ill anyway chose its candidate of choice, diregarding the result of the elections, let's find something positive in this farce.

In my country they are organised together with national and regional elections. On top of that, I've been appointed as president over an election office, so I have got no other choice but to vote The only problem will be: who for? I do have an idea for the European list though.

I can't see any positivity in this farce, unlike those games you mentioned where you atleast have some sort of saying in things.

But I really worry about the results.

I don't see it that negative. Think that the big fractions that nominated are absolutely willing to make one of the two candidates the future Commission President.

Problem is that there will be a very low turnout of voters in many countries and because of that probably a great number of anti-european politics will get a seat in the parliament and in the end there might not be a majority for either of the candidates
