Wow, this game (The Crew) is focusing on everything I've been missing from Need for Speed for ages... looks quite good actually.

I'd still be playing NFS if it had good customization and free roam.
The Crew looks okay, but the "persistent online world" thing kind of turns me off.

Also, now for Watch Dogs.

OmegaX: That's because Mirror's Edge didn't have a story, it only had a setting. The "runners vs evil big brother government" was a paper-thin plot and no real explanations were given about anything.
That's what it looked to me as well. If this reboot gives me a good story within that interesting setting, I'm in. Eventually.
"I'm here to make you understand you'll never be free again."

Optimism for real life future!
"Switch to the next song" is now a feature?
So always online isn't enough and now they are making games that need a cable TV sub to work?

Oh, its an Xbox One game. That explains that.

Rabbids TV show...great.

"I wouldn't want to get off the grid, I can't say goodbye to my gamerscore."

Ugh...this woman is really starting to get on my nerves. Not exactly what she said, but it was close.

"Screaming with your children, instead of at them." That's even worse.

Who said honnesty was dead ? :)
Man except for the racing game these are all trailers.
CGI, CGI everywhere.
So...this Ubisoft E3 event was mostly trailers (and little gameplay footage) and someone that's incredibly annoying. I thought the EA event was bad, but at least Battlefield 4 and all the other games looked presentable (and showed gameplay footage that looked good to borderline decent). Beyond Good and Evil is MIA from the looks of it, at least EA showed a trailer for Mirror's Edge 2.

Oh now they're showing actual gameplay footage. Thanks for that Ubi.

Also regarding that comment I made about Hideo...please bring him back. He sounds more tolerable than this woman.

StingingVelvet: Maybe it's a Kinect powered Halo Tales game!

I'm just fucking with you, by the way.
I'm honestly surprised that Microsoft decided not to show any Kinect related crap this E3.

StingingVelvet: At what point does "YOU CAN MEET UP WITH FRIENDS IN THE GAME!" stop being a unique selling point?

Publishers think "years from now" but I think "four years ago."

P1na: They made a great game, and (correct me if I'm wrong) refused to make a sequel. Now they do a reboot. Is that really a good thing? I mean, sure having more mirror's edge is ok, it's not my favorite game by a long shot but it was nice enough. But a reboot by the EA who rebooted Simcity and Syndicate is not exactly what would inspire me confidence if I was a fan.

StingingVelvet: The trailer showed the gameplay and look of the game are the same, they're just rebooting the story. Which is good, because the story was shit.
This.
