StingingVelvet: Why not? Even the most basic port still looks better, runs better and controls either better or just as well if you plug in a pad.

If you have a gaming PC why would you play them anywhere else?
Deep dislike for always online DRM. I do have a few Ubi games on PC, Anno, AC(gog edition), even the far crys (got them super cheap) and the last driver (got it for £2 and they've removed the always online DRM). But my AC games etc are on Xbox or PS3.

nope a lot of us are looking forward to it but the trailer from E3 is already up you can see it now.
OK zombiU sounds better now I've read up on it. Extra features include perma death for your char, you get bitten you will become a zombie and you wake up as a new player...

If they follow through on ZombiiU I'll be impressed. I'm preparing for it to be the Red Steel of the WiiU though.

They stopped using that quite a while ago, and patched it out of either most or all of the games that did have it. Also DRM like that is irrelevant on PC, only Diablo 3 style server-side content DRM really matters.

The trailer is a bit boring, it's all cinematic as you'd expect. They're doing a presentation at some point? Playable at the show floor?

A game developed for the Wii U by Platinum Games that they for some inexplicable reason didn't show at the conference. Looks a lot of fun to me, like a more action-packed take on Pikmin, and it's exactly what I'd wanted to see more of: new IP instead of all the stale rehashes of old shit I played last year and the year before that and... etc.
