Okay, well. Let me start by saying that I understand that this seems a little "too good to be true" But after looking at the forums and website I can plainly see that development has been already ongoing for a fair while and that if this was a kickstarter "scam" that chances are it wouldn't have been in planning for 6 months first.

The kickstarter in question is this (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sandswept/the-dead-linger) a game called "the dead linger" which aims to be the single most definitive zombie game ever.

It apparently is a first person style of game, with a set of procedurally generated city and countryside area... It sounds almost too good to be true, but unlike that gay scam MMO kickstarter I actually believe this one. Firstly, this isn't their first game it is their second, secondly, it looks damn awesome, and yeah. I have pledged for the game by the way, I did put my money (granted only $25) where my mouth is.

Thoughts anyone? Discuss if you think it seems real, fake, if you would play ect.

http://www.thedeadlinger.com/ (read the first post from September last year, damn that makes me want it.)

If it does turn out to be true, it would be epic to join a GoG server of it lol
Already mentioned here: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/dead_linger_on_kickstarter
Oh damn, someone must have seen it before I, shame. At least I posted more then that guy did lol
I know I was beaten to the punch, but that other thread really isn't going anywhere.

I just wanted to say, Notch apparently just backed, so thats cool. But then again I suppose he has a lot of money and even if it did turn out to be false (which I dont believe it will) He wouldnt exactly lose out.

It isn't "going anywhere" because it was included in this thread: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/what_kickstarter_projects_are_worth_taking_note_of
And we both said the same thing, you just waffled.

Also, who really cares what Notch buys?
