There could be some more lucky users. Cook will go through this topic more carefully and look for more. The algorythm of choosing winners is a part of the whole mystery;)

Combined: "Choosing winners" and "the final hour" -> S.T.A.L.K.E.R. as in "selection of the fittest"? Final Fantasy maybe, if "choosing winners" can be read as "creating a team".

Aw, f.. it, Activision, with attention set on Sierra.

I have been aware of the countdown for a couple of days. Only TODAY did I find this post / learn about the clues etc.
With all the hype, my hopes are that this is something big like a another publishers' catalog.
Apple and Amazon make money for themselves and the recording labels by selling DRM-Free music. Maybe some big software publisher has finally decided GOG's model would make money for them also.

Hey, that is a parody, since that TROIKA thing was too funny. If I'd believe in everything I write on the internet, I'd go crazy. :-)
Ok, my final guess:
I am probably entirely wrong with my guess that console emulation is legally brought to PC but I still would like it so much. Instead, I also go with ActivisionBlizzard because everyone agreed on that.

It's Activision->Sierra->Troika!
The hints pointed out different games and TROIKA.
- Arcanum will be the first or among the first released...
- ...along with some adventure games, most likely the first Gabriel Knight?
- Homeworld could also be an early release.
